Our Guilds and Circles

Anna Altar Guild
The Anna Altar encourages Christian
growth and fellowship through the care of the altars. This
includes care of the vestments, preparation for communion, altar
linens and candles. We take care of altar arrangements for Holy
days, celebration services, baptisms, Easter Garden of Victory,
and the flowers for weekly worship services.
Meetings are held
on the last Tuesday of every other month from September through
May. We welcome new members during any time of the year. Please

Book Nook Circle
The purpose of this circle is to
promote the use of the lending and reference library for the
spiritual growth of our congregation. It also provides a service
center for the purchase of books, greeting cards, napkins, takes
and gifts. Please place orders early for those special
celebrations.
We invite and welcome confirmed members to
join us in servicing our church library! Meetings are held the
first Tuesday of the month (September through June) Please
contact Shirley Wenzel, Betty Newman or Fae Peltier for more
information. |

Dorcas Circle
The Dorcas Circle is a group of women who gather
each month for fellowship and work together on Christian service
projects. Dorcas Circle projects include providing baptismal
napkins, making quilts for Lutheran World Relief, lap robes for
residents fo the White Bear Care Center, and "Sight Saving"
Christmas Books and assisting in the church office as needed.
Donations from our treasury were given to Bethesda Lutheran
Home, Lutheran Braille Workers, South Shore Trinity Building
Fund, Dakota Boys Ranch, and South Shore Trinity Youth.
There
are no meetings in July or August. Come and join this wonderful
group of women. We meet the third Thursday of each begin at
11:30 am with a bag lunch followed by a topic by the Pastor.

Ruth Circle
Ruth Circle
is a mission-centered circle and offers Christian fellowship. We
contribute money to various mission projects. We also perform a
number of services for the church such as organizing the
pictorial directory, decorating the Christmas trees in the
church and arranging for the Poinsettia plants for the Christmas
services. We visit many of the shut-ins and elderly of the
church. A devotion or Bible study is given each month by on of
our pastors.
We have no meetings in June, July or August. We
welcome any women to join our group which meets the fourth
Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. For further information

Trinity Guild
The goal of this group is attained through a united effort
to strengthen personal faith and conviction, to promote a spirit
of Christian fellowship among the women of the church, and to
perform useful service.
Meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. For more
information, contact Mary Torno or Patti Thies |
